Basketball’s international governing body has referred an investigation into billionaire NBL owner Larry Kestelman’s alleged conflicts of interest to Basketball Australia, claiming the case is outside its jurisdiction.
Crest Sport and Entertainment, the owner of reigning champions the Illawarra Hawks, has written to rival clubs urging them to report potential prohibited conduct to the local governing body for the investigation.
