Mineral Resources’ board is in crisis mode after a third director quit within a week, gutting the ethics committee created to oversee improved corporate governance at the embattled miner.
Denise McComish left the miner abruptly on Wednesday, following last week’s departures of Jacqueline McGill and Susie Corlett – two directors who were privately the most critical of the conduct of the company’s embattled founder Chris Ellison.
