The chief executive of HCF allegedly emailed staff claiming a potential leadership rival had been sacked for breaching the health insurance giant’s code of conduct, despite an investigation not being finalised.
Former HCF chief information officer Nalini Prakash alleged her relationship with chief executive Sheena Jack deteriorated after she was approached in 2021 by the fund’s chairman Mark Johnson, who suggested she could be a candidate to succeed Jack when she retired from the top job.
