It’s lawyers at 10 paces at Asia Pacific Airport Corporation, the owner of Melbourne and Launceston Airports, as a who’s who of the infrastructure world lock horns over the shareholder agreement.

Street Talk understands IFM Investors, owner of 25.2 per cent of the asset is spearheading legal action against ASX-listed Dexus, which owns 27.3 per cent. Sources said IFM has won the support of other APAC shareholders Future Fund at 20.3 per cent, NSW’s TCorp at 18.5 per cent and Morrison-managed Utilities Trust of Australia at 8.7 per cent – to go up against Dexus.
